Need help fixing my Desktop WTF?

SO my mom updated her laptop, and now this what happened

That's not updating, looks like she downgraded. You can always buy windows 7 and upgrade back to it, not sure what else to tell you.

No lol, it happened before i forgot how to fix it.

uhh im assuming either the update or her changed the theme settings you can make your computer look like that so it can run faster but you said she was updating so thats weird.

Try going to themes that's all I can think of, if I still had a windows computer I would be able to help.. Sorry.

Lol dude just change the theme back to default and it will be back to normal.

Yeah I'm almost positive is ur theme this has happened to me too.

Yeah all it looks like is that the aero theme got turned off, its nothing to worry about.
