Need External Way to Play

All Bot clients Don't work.
My School proxy is Fucking me (RuneScape CIPAFILTER...BLOCKED)
Appspot.com's Proxy's work, to load it, but When i play RS it says Java Application Couldn't Load. My Java is updated and Working, It's just the Webfiler must be interferring, Another problem is that when I try to download like MooScape, There is nothing in the ZIP folder (So I cannot extract it..).

When I try to Run/Download a Install program like Swift Kit, Says "....Is not a valid win32 file". So..

I'm screwed? -.-

SOMEONE: Please make a VISUAL BASIC Webbrowser, Then email me it (The exe final version), Like if you were to Run it as an Actual program, I will Rep. No paypal money/RSGP though..Sorry ;(

That is a bit toughy hmm, maybe you should just shouldn't play at school?
