I need someone who has alot of experience with php and mybb , and is ready to help launch my site. All i can offer is %50 off all site profits, and whatever u want to do on the site (group , award w/e)

My last dev doesnt have much experience and i have started to loose trust in him..

There are 1000s of others general forums.
Can't be asked to put some time in them, if there are 1000s of other sites trying to rank on Google.

Fair point, but i believe the same can be said about any type of forum.
