Hello FK,

I wasn't sure exactly where to put this but I don't see anything in the rules that would make it against the rules, so I stuck it here.

I'm looking for a loan, for about ~$3000. I'd pay a monthly compounded interest until the loan is paid back, so you should profit off of this. I'd get it from a bank but I'm 17 and every loan requires a ssn. I have a job and a steady source of income so I have a way to pay it back. I realize this is a big ask by FK standards but I'm hoping someone can help me out.

Oh, and don't worry I have no intention of pulling a fast one on you

Why is it that you can't provide your ssn for a loan? Good luck, although I'm not sure there's anyone who's going to be willing to lend you $3000 on the statement "Oh, and don't worry I have no intention of pulling a fast one on you " knowing there's not much consequence if you decided to.
 

He is still considered a minor in the eyes of the law. Banks are required to create contracts for every individual. He doesn't have legal rights to be able to sign one of these contracts, meaning that he can't be loaned the money.
 
Typing in your SSN identifies your age. Which makes it impossible for me to do some things when it comes to finance.
 
Any collateral or anything? Any return? How long to pay back?

Let's be real here, nobody is going to give a stranger over the internet $3,000. It doesn't matter if you say that you're not going to pull a fast one because not much can really be done. Also I doubt any of the 16 year old kids even have $3,000 to lend to someone.

Can you please name 1 @junior is right, no one here is going to give you 3k work for it like you should.
