Need Bitcoin Help

So I've downloaded Bitcoin but I have no idea whatsoever on what I'm meant to even do on there, can somebody explain to me how you use it please!
 
If I were you I would use an online wallet, from my experience the downloaded versions take forever to sync etc. I'd suggest "Blockchain" as an online wallet however they are currently undergoing some maintenance and should be back up shortly :p

Ah, I've just gone with the standard Bitcoin version, I think it's the "Bitcoin Core" one, is it still compatible with the other ones so I can buy and sell using it?

Fair enough, if you have no problems with it so far go ahead and use that, all you really need to know is how to send/recieve which is pretty obvious... Also if you want to know how to aquire BTC then you will need to buy some, you can do so buy purchasing with PP, OMC, Payza etc. It all depends on what the seller wants in return. Just have a gander in the exchange market. :)

Oh, I thought you were meant to mine them so I downloaded EasyMiner, lol.

I no nothing about mining, I can't help you on that one, it slipped my mind also. haha.
 
I suggest use an online wallet, blockchain for example.
