Need advice on something

I don't really know where to where to put this, but I'll write it here as that's where most people seem to browse. Basically, I want to try starting up a small social media service, such as selling Twitter followers etc. I don't have much knowledge in the area and I was hoping somebody here could direct me to a guide or software which I can use. I'm not worried about cost of software, I just need the relative expertise of somebody who has knowledge of the subject.

Shouldn't you be trying to make a shop or service in something that you actually understand? I'm not saying don't do it but there are so many members already that give these kind of services, so this would not be as profitable as if you found something else to sell.

Bulkfollows.com is pretty good. Kinds expensive for signing up but then it gets cheaper

True, I had a pretty successful graphics shop a while back on another site, but I didn't make much return from it. I just want to try something new, and I think this would be something fun to try.
