Honestly, you're better off buying a sexy wordpress theme from ThemeForest. You don't need to have any knowledge in website development as long as you know how to upload the theme, it's really easy 'cause they have a newbie-friendly admin panel for you to add posts and etc. Plus, it's cheaper.
