Need a Staff Userbar

Hi guys. I want to rename super mods to staff or something like that because super mod sounds unprofessional and childish. Could somebody make me a userbar with "staff" on it. The person who makes the best one wins the graphics master award. The bg should be the default bg that I give showed for groups.

I got a temporary one. If anybody could make a better one then there already is then please do so .
