Yeah this is really poor.

Okay so you have like an 800 dollar budget and you slap a 220 dollar CPU, and only have a 140 dollar GPU. The 750ti is so low end, it shouldn't ever be used in this price area, also the R9 270 out performs it for about the same price.

Hyper 212 Evo is an alright cooler, but honestly, I wouldn't bother adding it in.

Very bad PSU.

@OP; Go with one of these builds, honestly I'd go for the first one as overclocking isn't really a must, and I'd rather have an SSD than over clock.
