can someone make a a forums website with a shoutbox and premium and investor type things made on it too. just lkeave it blank i will add the topics and everything. need it hosted and the domain made

Dang I will do this.. This is take no one else try to take it from me..

I will start this first thing tomorrow.. I will ask for a $10 co fee. Then I will only charge $10 more on top of that. So it will only cost you $20total and then you have to pay for hosting and domain.
 
I can do it with noreturn if it's OK with him. We can split it 70/30, in his favor.
 
I can get the domain, but I'd need an advance of some money to buy it.
