Need a fake Program to use?

Hi, I'm on a School laptop, So sadly, I cannot use it to Download/Install Visual Basic, to make my Fake Programs, I'm asking if someone could let me use one, I will make sure to +rep you for being generous, However I need it to be an Emailing one, and it needs to look real and professional, If you could post a pic of it, Would be great!
