Need a decent money making meele method

Got back into runescape. I got members, only have a few mill. What should I do for money? I want to train my def, so preferably melee if not range.
What is a decent monster to get decent amounts of xp/hr + cash/hr?
Anokus are full, before anyone says it.
Perfect Fighter screws up when I do dagganoths, doesn't click door.
GDK is pretty bad, a lot of people + low xp/hr.

I need something that I can bot on..

Oh yeah, before I forget; stats:
99 attack
99 strength
88 defense
85+ range
95 prayer
99 mage
94 hp
33 dung - Yes, that means no frost dragons for me!
60 slayer

Do autobdk pro, and bot in high wilderness worlds. What I do an with 70 agility you can make about 600k an hour.

Well, I don't have 70+ aglity, which means I can't use the shortcut - meaning that my gp/hr will not be good.
