I'm not a fan of AMD APUs, however you have a very low budget, so they're your best option really. Look at the black edition HDD, but asides from that, the CPU is the only real performance affecting item in your build at this budget range. Perhaps look at G.Skill Sniper RAM, or Ripjaws X.

I'm going to have to agree with Raptor on this one. Never go with an AMD APU. I've had some bad experiences with those =S
