Need $25 Paypal Giving $30

So I'm posting this asking for a $25 loan.

I will pay back $30 when I receive prize from Philly's posting contest (should be tomorrow or today, when he hands it out).

Philly should end the contest today and hand out prizes.

The only reason I couldnt do this myself is the only way for me, myself to get money onto my paypal is to buy a prepaid visa with money on it, however, the fee for that is like 5.97, and that being such a low amount I don't really wanna put all that money in as for now I only have 45 dollars to my name in my wallet. Also I'm not 100% sure my pp would allow me to add another card on it.
