This tag does not exist and I called Microsoft so they could let me use it and some fag said you can't use states so I told him many state tags are in use..... Who is selling or how can I get this tag... Will buy others

That ms employee is a retard. My friend has Arizona.
 
lol my friend has arizona on his friends list. and sniping. its a V1 tag. You cant use it unless you buy a spaced version of it from someone else and wait for the tag reset.
 
Check if theres a Spaced variant of Nebraska if not it might be deleted or in limbo.
Idk what that MS employee is talking about though.
