Our Feedback system may be quite a bit different than you guys are used to, or maybe you never used a Feedback system in general.
First things first, how do you give Feedback?
You must be Onyx to give Feedback. This will change in the future, this is more of a way to stop spam in the system for now.
Simply, click on the members profile and in the tooltip pop up click add Feedback as so:
Or, you can visit the target members profile and click add Feedback there:
This will take you to a page to give the user feedback:
Here, fill out the form as you normally do. If you guys have traded, select trader, if you are the seller, select seller and if you are the buyer, select buyer.
Feedback, rate your experience with the user. Please note that if you give negative Feedback it is advised to post a community warning in the Market Korner or report in Scammers' Bay if you've been scammed.
The Feedback system is not to rate Middlemen. If you are vouching for a middleman, please just post a reply to their thread in the respected section.
Same goes for the Middleman himself, you are not to give Feedback via this system for you Middlemanning. This is for those dealing with each other.
As you can see, Deal URLs are required. This is the thread containing what you or the other user has posted. Off site/private deals are not to be added in Feedback unless there is a thread that already exists.
Short reviews aren't required, but rather expected. Pretty much, as always give a short and sweet description of the deal. E.g. 'smooth deal, he went first!', 'quick and easy, would deal again', etc.
There is also the Feedback tab on members' profiles in which you can directly see their feedback.
Your Feedback only shows on posts in the Market tab and PMs.
