Name Change Stole My Koins

I went to change my username to SoLic. I literally just spent hours taking my time to get to 2.00 koins. I first tried the letter S, because, well, you never know. Didn't work obviously. So then I tried SoLic and the system said I don't have enough koins. And so I checked, and yep, my 2.00 was now 0.00.

Can someone resolve this issue please?

Yea even if the name is taken it will still take your koins. It sucks I'm sorry this happened! And I don't think they give refunds for it either because philly said everyone needs to check the members list before you change your name to see if the name you want is taken or not...

I dont believe S is taken but it was too short of length. I did see the letter P around though, so I gave it a try.

People use hidden characters to make it look like they have 1 letter usernames I believe.
