myCode being interpreted falsely into quoted posts

Whenever I quote a post and reply to it, milliseconds after I hit "reply", it adds myCode into the reply. For example, I'd quote someone in a post, reply, and then bam. It would add myCode such as [align=center] This has happened for and and all of the align features.

I don't know if it's happened to anybody else.
