My usual routine is on Monday, Wednesday and Friday I will do 30 push ups and 30 crunches before school. Every day after school I will do 10minutes of conditioning and then go bench 100 reps of 50lbs then do 200 leg lifts at 50lbs. Then right before bed I do 20 push ups. Also on Saturday I will jog 2 miles when I wake up and 2 miles in the evening. That's my usual routine, what's yours?
