My Weekly Routine

My usual routine is on Monday, Wednesday and Friday I will do 30 push ups and 30 crunches before school. Every day after school I will do 10minutes of conditioning and then go bench 100 reps of 50lbs then do 200 leg lifts at 50lbs. Then right before bed I do 20 push ups. Also on Saturday I will jog 2 miles when I wake up and 2 miles in the evening. That's my usual routine, what's yours?​
 
why not just do 20 reps of 120 and 50 reps of 200?
I don't do anything I walk to my bus and do gym but Since I don't have my liscense and gyms aren't in walking distance I don't lift waieghts, well start this summer though

Because doing less with more isn't building muscle and burning calories the way doing more with less will.
 
Doing less with more does bulid muscles. It's forcing them to grow
 


I don't think that is the case, you may be right though. I've never actually talked with a trainer, so I'm not 100% on my facts I only know what my dad tells me.
