My paypal was limited with 200$ in it. I just got the option to withdraw

nope, you must confirm your identity to paypal.
 
Dayum. I got limited recently with a sum of $500.

There are ways to withdraw wjthout confirming identity

i have over $600 locked in a paypal.
use btc people and only trust a main converter

the country is usa
but i dont believe i have any chance because i have other similar paypals that are locked from when i was using dummies alot.
so its most likely gone. RIP

Have they reached the 180 day limit for withdrawal? Are they allowed to be withdrawn?
 
My friend's theory on limited Paypal accounts: Paypal moderates an account that is not verified, but has recent payment activity. They wait until the account has a couple hundred dollar balance, then they limit the account, launder the money, and spoof the balance associated with the account. Then they launder your money for 180 days or wait until they receive the proper information in an effort to unlimit your account.

Now, I am not one to believe in conspiracies, but Paypal rarely limits accounts with $30.00 in it.
