Not that much editing was done as much as I can see. It's still a good avatar nonetheless. I must agree with Uzi since the colors are way too sharp, it's like pixelated already from that light.

I actually thought that was the flash. You should calm down wit the brightness. You can hardly see his face.

It looks like the contrast of the picture it turned up to about 50% more than the original.
