The guy who owns the house is really strange. He already declined two offers of $1m when the house is listing for $1.05m. We put an offer for full price but we're not sure if he'll accept. He is rich as fuck, he hasn't been to the house in 3 months and the car in the garage costs 200k. It makes you wonder what he drives if he leaves that in the garage.

Maybe, but good houses in good locations tend to sell quick when they are under 200k.

Location means everything. A house that costs $2m in California may cost $300k in Arizona.
