I got it from a friend. but he got it off some random youtube vid lol.

Unless they changed the little lend bubble, I think that's his cursor. It even says 'wear Blue H'ween mask' at the top.

I can honestly say I haven't played RS in about 6 months now. I miss it sort of. I'm more of a WoW player.. Nevertheless, nice RAT man.
