My computer crashed!!! Please help

When I turn on my computer it says start normally or start with scan or something and when I do start normally it says starting windows then it goes black screen then blue screen for like a split second and when indonstart with scan it just freezzes can anyone please help

Just let your computer boot into windows repair mode then wait for it to fix itself.
Post back if that doesn't work.

Whether it shows dumping memory?

Try to restore your computer to a point in which you know it was working properly.
