So I'm on holiday right now, and I left Oxide (Chris) to bot my account for me. I just just tried to log on to check the progress and he has changed the password when I specifically said not to. I don't know whether he is trying to steal my account or what. Please reply Chris to say what is going on. I checked the highscores and I haven't gained 1xp on the account and I've been gone 2 and a bit days.
 
Are you sure you typed in the correct user/pass combination? I wouldn't think a staff member would scam you...

Of course I did.. what a stupid question. that's what i thought too, and were good friends so I trusted him loads to do it.
 
If you added me on MSN, I will TV and watch this whole process.
 
I personally don't think he would scam you. Because he wouldn't be able to keep the account cause he knows no info on it, so why ruin your reputation on runegear? The only way i think he would scam you is if it was a rich account and he could make profit from it. Other than that i think it's just a misunderstanding let's hope so anyways.
 

Idk about the wealth but if its his main, it is a pretty beast account

I'm sure it's just a misunderstanding, and the bot got messed up right as he left to do something.

He has nothing much of value, why you couldn't carry on PMing me about this I don't know.

But I wish to say that I have done nothing of the sort.


I sent you a pm about it you read it then continued to browse around the forum for 30 minutes then replied. I know i havent done anything so either you got ratted or phished or someone who knew your recovs or pass took it

Frankly I am disgusted at this.

As for knowing your not gaining xp that is a lie as I botted dung for at least 4 hours before shutting down.

Also why would I jack your acc for the 4 mill on there, and some farming equipment and skill capes and miscellaneous items.

I highly doubt you recorded starting xp before leaving you were probably checking levels so again that is a lie.

Also his main is very similar stats to mine both nearly maxed, terrible shame.

Also out of generosity I bought him iDung about a month and a half ago, without taking payment till 3 days later VIA Mail (postman) in which their was only £5 in it not £7 but I waived that as a gesture of good will.

I am very disappointed and disgusted by this frankly when we have already talked on PM.
 
i can vouch that bens account has like 3m max and Oxide knows this caz he always takes the miki outa ben on skype for not having Gps But yeh i doubt Oxide would steal the account / value...


and iDung hasnt been working for like 2 days.. jst started working last night :S Chris wasnt on then too..
 
Btw Ben, This account is "Just War" correct? it was logged in today at 14.00 - 17.00 GMT.. i kept talking to whomever it was but i never got a response.. And You did buy this account :S what did you expect :S
 
Chris does not have your account.
I was on Skype to him yesterday and he was only on his account.

Also, iDungeon has been screwed up for about 4 days, hence why you didn't gain a lot of XP.
 
It might not have been Chris, I'm just saying its weird that I told Chris my details the day before I went on holiday and the next day the password is changed.. Could be coincidence IDK.. I am getting in contact with the original owner for the 2 details I need to recover it.
 
WHY buy an account? It's more than likely to get recovered.. :/

He is a 24 year old who quit like 6 years ago, mod on another forum and it was $50, so might aswell.
