Just started messing around in photoshop.

Really empty at the left side, I like the text though.
 
Getting good feedback from InFraH is always good.
 
nice and clean! Good work! I think with a little more colour in the text, they will look fab!

I'm with Blur, it would look a lot better with an icon on the left side.
 
Add something to the left, It's to plain. Also the font makes it look kinda of like Oev instead of Dev. Also Put the whole word on it.
 
Ditch the text effect. That 3D text effect with the inner shadows don't look good on userbars.
Try adding some sort of pattern to it, the base looks really plain
 
Just some CnC.

- Center the text
- Add an image to the right/left ( Little key )
- Change the color a little.. Maybe a brighter shade of red.
 
Could add something on the left hand side to give it a little extra somthing to it.

No, what you actually need to do is add more to the right to throw off the blank spot to the left.
