I watched it because I didn't want to be a fool, but holy shit!
 
I turns out one of them murdered someone and wanted to commit suicide. She jumped off a bridge and broke both her ankles. When she recovered she does what we see in the video with her twin sister. Chances are they were majorly high too xd
