Musik's 99's Presents, Guide to 99 Magic!
This Guide Provides many options on how to go about leveling up. There are many different routes, just find the best one for you.
I also advise that you take the time to do desert treasures, it will help you out tremendously in your journey to 99 magic.
Alternate: When ever you find yourself bored, you could always head over to Fist of Guthix mini-game. Its free runes, so depending on your level you can gain exp while having some fun!
1-20: Use air strike, preferably on dummies next to Lumbridge. Try to use an air staff if you can afford it, I find it cheaper than buying all the air runes you will need in the future.
20-37 or 55: Cast curse also on dummies, use an earth staff and when you get to level 30 switch to a mud staff.
21-37: Use low alchemy while wielding a fire staff. Alch cheap stuff since alchemy does not turn items into a lot of gold.
37-45 or 55: Cast telekinetic grab on zamarak wines in the chaos temple north of falador then teleport to falador and go back. Do this only if you want a bit of cash. You could also try training by teleporting to Falador.
45-55: cast camelot teleports, while holding an air staff. Its expensive, but it gets the job done quick.
55-99: Start casting High alchemy on any item that is most profitable. I advise you to try and fletch your own magic long bows, or craft your own runes. That's only if you want to make money instead of losing it.
60-99: bones to peaches at the magic training guild. Use a mud staff. This is a good method because you can earn points to get infinity armor, which could be major profit.
70-94: Use the ice blitz multi-target spell at Ape atoll to get tons of experience fast. This method is very expensive though and you need lots of prayer pots for it.
75-99: Slay blue, green or black dragons with fire wave. Equip an air staff. If your level allows you to do this, you can make a bit of money. You wont make much considering you have to spend money on the runes.
94-99: Ice barrage at Ape atoll. Basically what you did from 70-94 if you used that method. This is the most effective, and fastest way to get the job done.
These are the ways I go about getting my 99 in magic, legitimately.
