If they are for your dfsbandospure then I'm sorry, but your not high enough level. lol. Most quests for runecrafting involve combat levels like attack and strength.

I only have like 7 quest points... combat levels are

Attack: 40
Strength: 50 something
Defense: 42

Any other levels you need to know?
