Not a bad layout, Probably a little too many sections for a new forum though. You should take some off until your site grows. Than slowly add more as the site grows bigger. I also am not fond of full screen themes. But thats just my opinion. Good luck on it.

Looks alot better than before. I like it, I wish you the best of luck with it. If I get some spare time, ill register.
