What do people mean when they say 'Multi' people say this to other users but i'm not sure what it means.

They mean they are a multi accounter, having more then one account on FK. Many users who get banned come back and make a new account.

It means when people make another account and pretend they are someone else, usually when people do this is because they were either banned or are trying to scam

Yeah multi account is when someone gets banned and decides to make another account and come back to probably scam again.
