Muay Thai and what i'm doing at the moment..

So, I'm going to start learning Muay Thai, I figured I may as well learn something instead of sitting around doing nothing at home, I'll be going to a class once a week and I'll also spend some time at home doing it as well.

I'm also going to be hitting gym 5 times a week, trying to bulk up and start biking again, my next paycheck is going to be spent on doing up my dad's bike (we share it, since I sold my mountain bike and BMX, and got interested in road biking), hoping for some new rims, a chain tensioner (the one on it is truly fucked) and some new tyres.

I'll take pictures for you guys to show progress/video's whatever..

And if you fancy, I could do with some help with making some money, so if anybody knows anything about drop-shipping and fancies helping me out, i'd be eternally grateful.

If you want an easier time while you're training, don't focus so much on gaining mass. Instead, focus mostly on making you're cardiovascular endurance as long as you possibly can.

Hell ya im about to join the army reserve and leave for 3months or so after summer but when i come back im goin to start doing MMA with my friend who fights locally, and i will learn Jui Jitsu and other MMA techniques im pretty athleetic (not to brag) so im excited to see where i can go as far as fighting.

Good luck with your training mate! maybe we shall duel one day =]

No doubt that is defiantly the most important aspect of fighting, endurance! well said!

Indeed, my endurance is fairly shabby if I'm honest..

I miss going to gym, it was pretty awesome. Remember to have fun while doing it, and enjoying your work out. By enjoying it, I mean make sure you're satisfied after a workout.

I read that when you're 'done' you shouldn't be able to carry on (or be extremely tired).. So I'll be doing that.. I'm kind of fed up of doing nothing so I'm doing as much as I can to make myself feel active, if you will..

I remember when I worked out I'd go for about an hour and a half to two hours. Weight training, cardio then core training.

Not about kicking ass really, It's about standing for myself.. I'm an antagonist and I say what I want, be it right or wrong, I'll say what's on my mind.. And a LOT of people don't really like it ¬.¬
