I'm trying to transfer $27 from a Greendot MoneyPak to another person's PayPal account (since I can't use PayPal [No bank account/credit card]).
I got fucked because it asked for his SSN when he tried to recover the card and he didn't want to do that, and I can't send the money myself.

I don't really do much on Steam except for play Gmod. I'm a consolefag. I have $20 on my Steam account, so it's whatever you demand... But I'd like to have a little grease left in me wallet if you'd like to go easy on me. :\
