How would you be able to motivate members to "make friends"? Without us/you personally speaking to each and individual member and become friends with them.
I have no idea how you could motivate me/other people whatsoever.
Well it would show that you're trying to make an impression or trying to show activity among the RuneGear community, I'm sure @"The Elite" wouldn't mind making an achievement labelled "Buddy", that would surely motivate people to give it a go.
