Most money via hunter?

I'm going to get 99 hunter for some cash, but what is the best way, I want decent-good xp, and great money? What would be best way currently. (botting btw).

Best xp and money would have to be red chins. The implings are good for money/ok xp after you hit 90 something for kingly/dragons.
