More theme changes.

I have noticed more and more lately that its kinda hard to tell when you quote someone as quotes just blended in a little too much. I have made it to where it stands out a bit more now when you quote someone. I also made it to where the colors are still matching and all that good jazz. I will quote myself right after posting this so you can see what it looks like. Please tell me what you think. I will change it back if you all don't like it...

Ps: For upgraded members, I also changed the self open, and close buttons. They still looks a bit bad, but I am working on making them match, and look better.

The next change I will be doing will be the userbars. I plan to change them completely.
