"There was a explosion at the top of the building. We are on scene with Ocean Rescue, assisting them as they need us," said Sunny Isles Beach Sgt. Brian Schnell.Officials have labeled the incident as a MCI Level 3 case, meaning more than 20 people have been injured. A total of 34 people have been injured, nine of them are in critical condition.
