More Forum Awards

@"Philly", please! There are too many ugly, corny, personal awards.
 
I tried to suggest this a long ass time ago, if this was to come into action I'd like to see the user awards diminish to very little amount.
 
And bloat user's profiles even more so than they are right now? I can see this happening but I don't think it will do much good to give awards to people for doing things that come naturally with activity. It's similar to the "everyone gets a trophy" mindset.
 
My opinion on awards on this site is this: There are way too many easy to get awards. An award for 1,000 posts? An award for $2? lol
@Chill is a prime example of this. He has 33 awards, which seems kind of rediculous (I have nothing against him, his posts just look a lot bigger than normal user's posts lol.) On hackforums it is rare to see a full row of awards! Imo awards should be much harder to get than they are here. That is all.
 

To my defence, I've put in a lot more than the 'average' user. I worked hard for all my awards whether it be a users award or a forum award. Simple as that.

I know that and I was not trying to offend you or give you anything to defend yourself from. I apologize if I seemed that way, but from what I've seen some of the awards you have only one or two users have those awards. (which they are obviously very exculusive )
 
I reckon this is a pretty cool idea, I'm in full support of it.

Haha nah it's cool bro. I like the suggestion, it's how you portray them to people which is how it catches their eye.

I never suggested this I was jut saying because a few other users have.
 
There are plenty enough awards on site. I do not wish to have these even though they are cool ideas. Philly is reading this thread by the way.

That's a god damn shame. Adding 8 more awards to amass 87 awards on this forum is much too many. Like that one dude that said about @Chill; 33 awards (which he earned them all diligently) shouldn't be so easy in my opinion and adding 8 more awards wouldn't motivate that many more people unless you really have time on your hands and can achieve any of these(it would take an unimaginable time if you were a new comer). If these are to be added Philly should at least delete some of the personal awards when people are to get banned and lose them like Damnation did instead of reselling them.

A set from my rant about the excess of awards on the site I would like to say that the following are excellent additions:
*Lottery- Lucky award and perfect as it is handed out only once a week. Great job @Astro for thinking about that.
*Elite Upgrader- Props to whoever thought of this one. I think that a slew of members would help donate to the site and perhaps get a chance of getting this award if they really can attain 50 members upgraded.
*Post Guru- This should be reached at 20k not 10k in my opinion. There are people like me during the posting contest that just to flank every single thread with a decent opinion and could easily reach 10k in about a month if someone were to really fuck with high numbers a day and was that dedicated.

Ones I dislike:
Kudos King- @Critical is all I have to say for this one lol
K.R.E.A.M- I am two sided about this. If Philly was to make to where the Koin whore award was this that would be awesome. If we were to add another award like this plus Koin whore then this would be dumb IMO.
Forum Junkie- Showing who really is the biggest nerd on the site would be no plus to anyone on this site.

If I forgot to mention one then I did not care for it and therefore my opinion was not brought about. I would love some of you to respond to this and tell me what you think about my ideas on agreement or disagreement.
 
6 Month online time award pls.
