How many people Mod as in Design them.?
How many just use them?

I'm into abit of both and doing some Fallout NV and TES Oblivion mod creating.
 
I've created some CSS skins, and map textures.

I might get into Valve skinning again

I've created countless mods for Postal 1, 2/ Halo 1, 2 & 3.
 

What was the basis of them. Information of what the mods are about?
 

Mostly custom skin/projectile mods.

Went online and hosted racetrack maps with bridges suspended in the air.

Great times.
 
I don't use or make them, I would probably suck at the game even more with a mod...

My luck Auto-aim would shoot my teammates.
