Jtag, Rgh , and the R-Jtag are the three consoles that u will be able to do modded lobbies. Keep in mind that it is not free and u have to do some basic stuff to get it set up. To start u must be on the latest dash.... Also there is a server called XBLSE there are private servers out there but dont worry about those. XBLSE prices start at $20 a d $40 for 2 $50 for 3 $100 for a week and $200 for a month. link http://www.xblse.com/
you will also need a KV to unabnned you xbox for when it gets banned they range from 5 -10 for shared meaing more then one person on the KV and 20 - 35 for shared. there is no telling when the KV will be banned so it all depends could buy two or three in a day but unlikely. So there is alot of work and money that need to be put into it. And asides from all the online stuff TOOLS to actually mod the games. most tools are free like for older games but black ops 2 and Ghosts the newer games people charge and they can be from 10 to 100 dallars depending on the stuff you buy. (there is alot of money that goes into hosting and u do make it back in time so u have to ask yourself if u actually want to dedicate your time)
for the other two modded consoles the flashed xbox just alows you to play games that are burned from a computer and play them eraly no modding involed but keep in mind u can have your modded console flashed as well so u have two in one.
and the other soneole that i forget the name of is downloading game to the usb thing that u instal and u can put games on there.
