A guy came up to me and saw me with my phat set and told me I was on some mod list and I went to the website he told me to go to and it made me have to run a java once I did that I couldn't find the list where is it?

Are you fucking serious dude? You didn't really go to the website did you? It's obviously a way to get you infected. It's called java drive by, meaning when you click accept to let "java" run, it got you infected with a keylogger or a rat.
