If he wants to use staff then tell him to pay the fees. If not just use a trusted member.

Unless the MM is Philly or an official MM, the user isn't allowed to charge for MM service. Goodluck finding someone mate, shouldn't be too difficult.
 
How did the deal go? If you still need a middleman I am always here buddy!
