3 letters at the least, we already have someone with "J", it'll be annoying seeing people with "1" as their name.

I would suggest using at least 4 characters but that's again totally up to eXero.

Request him to change his name and give him the choice to pick it, if it's 3 then he's using an exploit to get 1 letter username which means he's just exploited your forum.
