Minecraft split second lag?

As i walk in any direction, I get this small but annoying lag that i see. It looks as if a frame skips. I don't know if it is a bug, or, if it's my PC.

My PC can run Crysis 2 On max settings smoothly, so i don't think it's my PC. But, I might be wrong.

Any suggestions?

I don't know what's going on either.. My minecraft is randomly shutting down. :|

Yeah it's getting pretty annoying. I can't stand the split second lags. My game also just shuts down randomly too.

The split second lag is called a lag spike, simply google or go on the minecraft forums and search it, everyone is getting it and also closing down it happening alot, however it might be the mods you are getting as the minecraft coder pack fucked up some items like the bed and piston and noteblock, so I guess you will just have to live with it for now

Try reinstalling it without any mods, then if it works then reinstall them.
