First off no this isnt against the rules as i am not buying another account i want 2 pins im offering 25m ea for them far more than anyone on the internet no im not going first if you want this you can go first i have well over 100m in runescape and would be willing to show you at any point, if we can find an omm (if they have them on this site) you can pay the fees.
