Minecon Piston Cape - Xbox Version

I just got one of these. They were handed out at Minecon 2013. I am not sure if these are in the marketplace or not, but I am wondering what they are worth.

Sadly, I believe you can buy these from the marketplace for .99$. I don't know if it's in game or not, but I myself purchased a minecon cape and it did work as an avatar item ( I purchased a minecon code, not from the dashboard). Hope I helped

Well I see that 99 cent thing now, not sure if avatar item or in game. I don't play XBL anymore. If anyone knows please let me know.
