It's up to the situation. Sometime your heart tell you right things but sometime it makes you blind. It's cover the trust and hide the sin. But the mind is clearer than heart. So its weakness is if you follow it, you won't realize where is your need ! You won't get your life destination, you just do things that you and social agree.

I really want to answer that I will follow my heart but I decided to follow my mind instead of heart because it will just cause me pain and unhappiness if I follow my heart. I know that in a relationship, nothing is so certain and eventually, a break-up will likely to happen. We have to use both the heart and the mind. If we are going to use the mind only, I don't think we're gonna be happy and if we are going to use the heart only I think we are gonna be taken advantaged of. In everything that we do I believe we need to listen to our hearts as well as our mind and then try to weigh things out. Only the result would tell if we decided wrongly or correctly. Sometimes even if we put our heart and mind into something, we still wouldn't know what lies ahead.
