I'm a milk-a-holic literally, and since summer is coming up I'm looking for easy ways to lose the weight you inevitably gain in winter. No I'm not fat or overweight at all, but I'm a perfectionist and in the summer I like to tone up, but I don't know, my regular diet just isn't holding up and I'm blaming my age (growth spirts etc). If I was to go on a milk diet, how healthy would that be?
Also looking into purchasing an ebook on fast weight loss. Atm I'm 6ft exactly and 12 stone. Cba to put that into amerifag perspective.
