I'm sorry. But I say no for now. He is acting like a baby right now, he says he's stepping down and leaving etc. People make mistakes and shit happens. Own up to it and make up for your mistakes, not run away from them.

TE is handling this fine to be honest. I think Mike needs a break, then if he's calmed down he should be allowed back.
